Community Volunteer Transportation Company – (CVTC)

Volunteer Driver Program for those without access to transportation to non-emergency medical appointments, social services, food shopping, and pharmacy visits.

MERIT CARE Transportation Service LLC  - Peterborough, NH 

Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) Service providing safe and courteous wheelchair transportation throughout the Southwest New Hampshire area for people with disabilities or recovering from injuries.  Merit Care will work with you to schedule and provide door-to-door wheelchair transport service from your home or nursing facility to get to your appointments at your doctor's office, hospital, clinic or rehabilitation center.  If you need to schedule a trip to a medical appointment, please contact:  603-924-0266.

Community Shopping Shuttle -  Sponsored by Monadnock Adult Care Center (A program of Monadnock Family Services)

Shuttle available every Friday to provide rides to Market Basket in Rindge and then return after 1 1/4 hours of shopping.   No charge, but donations are gladly accepted.  For more information, please call: (603) 532-2427.   First come, first served, reservations required.

Register for NH Rideshare's FREE ride-matching service.  Receive a list and interactive map of possible carpool matches, transit options (if orgailable), Park & Ride lots on or near your route.  Personalized matches for regular commutes as well as one-time trips may be available.


Friendly Bus & City Express (HCS)

Monday through Friday 8AM – 4PM Wednesdays – provides transportation to DHMC-Lebanon and to VA Center at White River Junction, VT.
Provides specialized door-to-door transportation services for the elderly and approved adults with disabilities in Keene. Please call for details.

Good News Garage – Ascentria Care Alliance

Two programs for people with low incomes to access safe
transportation. Income guidelines.
• Program 1: Must be referred by caseworker from DHHS and TANF recipient.
• Program 2: Jump Start – must be a resident of NH, have driver’s license, and a job. (Program 2 – Temporarily suspended in NH & MA)

Monadnock at Home

For residents of towns east of Mt. Monadnock, ages 62+. Providing transportation to appointments & once-a-week grocery trips, to enable seniors to stay in their homes. Membership only. Call for more information.
